Sir, in paypoint india rechage sight was not working, in that sight amount was deducted but custmer not received.the telephone not working any time they are given.why should solve our problem in that company ? custmers are very angry if there is any technical problem please tell us.then we have not proceed rechrges.if any problem please intimate before recharge

mallah555's response Customer care ko call karta hu to oh kehate hi ki humne complint forward kar di hi par na complint no dete hi na thik se service de rahe hi.

My name is jitendra nishad, last 28-feb ko maine IRCTC ke id ke liye 5000 pay kiya bt aaj tak mera documents seles department ne forwod nahi kiya hi aisa kehana hi ikana, ur meri agent "nimisha" call cut kar deti hi name sunate hi kise koi inake uper bharosa nahi karte.
