Hi, My name is shahjad alam and my registered mobile no. Is[protected]. This service is registered on the name of vikas bedha. 4 months ago i have applied for irctc to ajay pandey (Sales executive) in 7500 inr. But the service is not activated yet. And from last two months, i'm trying to contact mr. Ajay pandey but i think he doesn't wanna talk to me. Everytime another person pick up the call and disconnected by saying ajay pandey will call you after some time, and i'm waiting for the call whole day. Now i'm frustrated completely. So, i want my money back as refund. I have experienced your service which aone and the service activation process is incredible. But now i don't wanna work with you anymore.
