Payback.in — not able to see the "Accounts"

Hello, My Payback Account no. is [protected].This no. is given to me by ICICI bank. I am not able to login first of all and if by chance I am able to login then I am not able to see and accounts. The page where i need to enter the pin doesnt show. So for this I am not able to redeem my payback points at all. I have complained about this before but guess it fell to the deaf ears.
