I am unable to redeem payback points because my registered mobile phone no. differs from my existing phone No. It is said my registered phone No. ends as xxxxxxx212. I don't remember this phone No. Perhaps I might have used this said registered phone No. earlier and discontinued using it due to some problem with the phone service provider. My present mobile phone No. is [protected] which is registered with my ICICI Bank. My bank account No. is[protected]. My payback card No. is [protected]. My full name as per ICICI Bank record is DAWOOD AHAMED KHAN. Will you please arrange to change my profile suitably and help me in redeeming my PAYBACK Points?
