Payme India — Wrong Information reported to CIBIL

With reference to the above, I would like to remind you kindly that I had repaid all the loans in full taken from "Payme India App" on June 11, 2020 and the same had been communicated to your team.

I urged for one month extension by paying INR 650 on 20 april 2020, though your team has converted my loan into 3 months term loan which later on cancelled on my complaint.

Now your team is convincing me that the delay in my cibil report is reflecting due to a moratorium which I had never applied for.

I had repaid the outstanding loan in full on June 11, 2020 after one month of extension On my request to remove late payments, Two out of four late payments were removed on January 26, 2021. But two late payments are still pending for the removal.
