Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — amount debited from bank account but order not placed at myntra

Last night i tried to make a purchase from myntra and i made the payment of rs1599 twice. Both the times the amount got debited from my account but the transaction was unsuccessful and the order could not be placed at myntra.
I have been informed by my bank that the transaction was complete from their end and the amount has been debited from my account twice. They have provided the payment reference number for both the transactions which

Kindly look into the matter and process a refund into my account as soon as possible.
