[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — amount deducted but bill is not paid

I have made a online payment of rs. 548 (Rupees five hundred & forty-eight only) on 5 sept 2019 to jbvnl (For electricity bill) thru google pay (Tech process solutions ltd. Payment gateway)

The money has been deducted from my account, but it has not been transferred to the payee’s (Jbvnl) account.

I would request you to kindly refund the amount to me, as early as possible.

Amount has been debited from my hdfc a/c for payment of registration fees for Madras university for Rs.418without generating receipt and gateway has not been fully loaded.
