[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — amount deducted from my account but not paid to jbvnl

While paying bijli bill to jbvnl rs 4665 got deducted from my sbi bank account with ref no-[protected]igajmtmjn8. But the same has not been credited to jbvnl. Pl resolve the issue.
