On 11/05/2018 i made a payment on paynimo through my canara bank debit card for cibil.com. Consequently the transaction got failed but the amount rs. 800 /- was debited from my account. Till now the amount has not been credited back to my account. I request you to kindly refund the amount (Rs. 800 /-) which is debited from my account.
