I paid rs 15000/- and rs 16/- as processing fee through techprocess in my muthoot finance gold loan account by net banking on 1st jun 2018. The amount deducted from my sb account but not received or updated in muthoot finance gold loan account. I went to muthoot office and the staff said the amount not updated till yesterday.
