Dear Sir,
I (S.Ranjithkumar ) used my credit card in Travancore Devaswom board website yesterday ie 11/07/17, for room booking at sabarimala . I have done three transactions through my credit card for room booking. Since the amount has been debited from my credit card for all the three tranactions and i didnt get the confirmation of the rooms what i have booked.

And i cant able to contact the Travancore devaswom board for these issue.

So Kindly do the needful

2. Exact Amount debited from your bank account
3. 9 Digit Techprocess Transaction ID (can be obtained from your card issuing bank)
