I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue regarding a UPI payment made through your platform on July 24th, 2024, at 9:51 AM, which has not been credited to my Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) account (kseb.in).

Details of the Transaction:

Date and Time: July 24th, 2024, 9:51 AM
UPI Transaction ID:[protected]
KSEB Customer Number:[protected]
Despite successfully completing the payment process through Tech Process via UPI, the amount of Rs. 2201 has been debited from my bank account, but it has not been reflected in my KSEB account. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction for your reference.
