Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — cucet application 2018

Dear sir,
I, subhalaxmi sahoo would like to inform you that i have applied for cucet exam of 2018, i have paid the total of 800 rs towards the examination fee through paynimo/techprocess payment service. While at the end of transaction there was transaction error but amount got deducted from my uco account but hasn't reached to the concerned merchant.
Therefore i have to make double payment for the examination fee. So plz refund my payment.
