Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Energy bill payment confirmation didn't received

On 31 July at 7 pm I have done energy bill payment rs 410 through NetBanking.vai Paynimo..from bank amount deducted and sms recieved of payment done..but from MSEDCL didn't received sms of payment received..pl send confirmation receipt or refund rs 410
