I had done an online transaction for above transaction id on 31.7.2018 on muthoot finance platform using paynimo/techprocess payment services.
The amount debited from my bank account, but not reflected in muthoot finance portal. I need either it should return to my account or muthoot finance portal

We would like to inform you that on the basis of the given details we have checked and found that the status for the same was reported as pending at our end as we had not received the response in real time from bank's end.

Accordingly, as per the standard process, on receipt of the recon file, the said transaction was processed as refund and the refund instruction was sent to your bank on[protected].

You are therefore requested to kindly check your bank account statement to confirm the credit receipt or contact your bank in case you have not received any reversal into your account.

I paid 6063.72 rupees to VIT, Vellore on 23rd July 2018 at 11:38 AM.The institute confirmed that the payment failed to reach them. It has already been 5 days now. I still never received my amount back.

Please kindly refund my amount of 6063.72 Rs at the earliest to my Indian bank account.
