[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — ghmc property tax amount deducted from sbi online account | |||
Property Tax Amount Deducted: Rs.1944.00 On[protected], I tried to pay the property tax dues using the GHMC online facility. However, after going through all the steps and an amount of Rs.1944.00 also being debited from my account, I did not get any property tax paid confirmation. Even today i.e.[protected], when I checked the GHMC website, it is showing the above amount is due and I lost an opportunity of availing 5% discount offered by GHMC. It appears that the above mentioned amount is stuck with Paynimo/TechProcess Payment Services and is not credited to GHMC Account. Now I am in a situation wherein my amount is debited and I did not get confirmation, also the property tax is not paid. I have emailed to GHMC but there is no response from them. Please let me know when will my amount be credited back to my account so that I can make the payment again. Was this information helpful? | |||
May 1, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Today i.e. 01-05-2018, when I checked the GHMC Property Tax website the property tax payment status as on 01-05-2018 is "Cleared".
