[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — I transferred money through paynimo for paying mseb bill | |
Hello Sir, This is Swapnil Nirhali . MSEDCL Customer No. :[protected] Today 15th Jan 2019, I did the payment of Rs 1680/- towards MSEDCL bill using paynimo and UPI facility . The payment was duly completed and my account was debited with the bill amount. The transaction id is :[protected] . Please refer to the attached screeen shot . The issue is, the payment is not being reflected in my MSEDCL account due to failure of your app to recognize the payment completion that was done through the BHIM app. Now the situation is the payment has been credited to your account in ICICI bank and MSEDCL is not showing the payment against the light bill. Now either refund me the complete amount to my upi account at [protected]@upi or credit the amount in MSEDCL account respectively. Was this information helpful? | |
