I have made new okhla ind. Dev. Authority water charges bill through icici bank by maestro sbi debit card and it is surprising the transaction is in processing for the last more half an hour. I called your mumbai call centre but got a reply to call after 10.00 a m. This is really deficient customer service. If bill is not paid i shall claim damage from company.
