With reference to the transaction id cited above an amount of rs.1170.59 have been debited from my account against the kseb bill. But the said amount is not credited in kseb (Kerala electricity board) account. This is for your kind information and necessary action.

When I was making payment of GST amounting 8562, it got rejected. So I made payment again, which was successful then. But when I saw my account statement I saw double debit in my account of same amount. Please tell me how to get my amount refund.
