[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — KSEB electricity bill payment unsuccessful.

I have paid my electricity bill using SBI Debit card on 09/07/2021. The amount was ₹760 and got deducted from my account. But when i checked KSEB website, amount paid is not reflected in the site.
The transaction Id is #[protected] for Rs760.00 by SBIDrCARD at 70019161 on 09Jul21 at 14:10:07.
I request you to check n verify the same.

Updated by Sushanth k I checked with KSEB department and verified that transaction done got failed. As the money got debited from my account, now its your turn to credit the money to my account.
