Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — money debited from a/c but the fees has not been uploaded

Sir, i am rituporna das of amity university lucknow. I have paid my fees on 10/07/2020, time: 10:30 to 10:35 am. The amount of ₹65000 has been debited from my a/c but the fees has not been updated on my college portal. So, kindly resolve my problem asap.
