[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — money debited from account but not yet delivered

The day after yesterday at 7:15am i have made the payment of 358 rs to muthut finance. From muthut finance aap. At that time i have selected tech process as payment gateway. After processing amount has been debited from my account. But it has not recived by muthut finance. Verified Support Feb 22, 2020 Paynimo / TechProcess Payment Services Customer Care's response Dear Sir, TPSL ID:- [protected] Bank Transaction ID:[protected] We have checked and found that the said transaction was failed and he refund of above mentioned transaction was processed and refund instruction was sent to your bank on[protected]. As per bank's Tat, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 3 working days Regards, Customer Service, Tech Process Payment Services Ltd.

Yesterday(20..2.2020) at 7:30pm i have made the payment of 25182.98 rs to muthut finance .from muthut finance aap.at that time i have selected tech process as payment gateway.after processing amount has been debited from my account.but it has not recived by muthut finance .kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. thank you.
