Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — money debited from my bank account but no online receipt was generated

Address:H No. - 41, Pardih, Beside Hari Mandir, NH:33, PS - Mango

On 15th of july midnight, i tried to pay my electricity bill online through www.jbvnl.co.in. while doing so, my billing amount got deducted from the bank account. But there was no online receipt generated due to some error. The next day i went to the concerned jbvnl office. After enquiry, they said that my bill isn't payed yet.
