[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Money deducted but transaction not successful

My money deducted from my account but bill payment wasn't successful. When I go through cyber receipt I found your payment gateway processed my transaction. I want my money refund as the bill stuck and l can't able to pay it. I did my transaction with NESCO ODISHA.
