Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Money deducted from account but payment is still pending

When I was filling MOrecruitment. Form fee through card payment through paynimo gateway, my money 700 got deducted from my account but payment failed due to some server problem and there after I didn’t get any details about pending payment or money refund
