Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Online payment failure refund

On dated 19.06.2021 I was trying to make on line payment by PNB net banking of RS 1180/- for the purpose of exam fee for Bfuhs. But the transaction failed and and amount is debited from my bank account vide Ref No[protected].
Please refund my amount to my account as soon as possible.
