[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Payment Debited Twice from the Bank Account but Transaction Failed

On 10-Feb-22 i was an booking an international flight from www.easemytrip.com the amount got debited and no confirmation from www.easemytrip.com for an amount deducted twice for Rs. 1, 30, 725.

My bank says the amount has been deducted from the bank. The online transaction shows failed and the amount is not credited to Easymytrip is what the customer service agent claims and my booking didn't go ahead twice when attempted. I want my refund to my bank.
