[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — payment deducted from my bank account but not remitted to bsnl

I chose tech process on bsnl portal to pay my monthly bill of landline phone bearing[protected] on[protected], using my debit card

I got following messages on my mobile

Pos transaction of rs.1190/- is done on card xx7087 on[protected].
A/c balance is rs._/- (After deducting rs.1190)

Your payment of rs.1190/- is failed on bsnl portal.
Reason: pme10023-rejected by paysecure

The amount is deducted from my account but not remitted to bsnl

Hence i request refund of rs.1190/-
