[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Payment not received to bille

Hi,
I made a payment for TACTV through credit card payment on 20Feb2017.
The website is using PAYNIMO gateway for transaction.The amount of RS.13985.64 was deducted from Card but transaction got failed. Still i didn't get my refund of amount to Creditcard and it's not credited to TACTV account.

I didn't get any transaction id.

Please help me to get my amount credit back to credit card or TACTV account.
