Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — payment to viteee 2018

Yesterday i paid 1050 to viteee application form but amount debited from my account but not showing there that i successfully paid. There was a transaction error showing up.
Today also i paid another payment for one of my friend and same thing happened again.
I don't have transaction error screenshot of yesterday, s but i have today's. Their helpline number also not working.
Please help.

I booked film tickets through online and made payment.Amount got deducted from my account but ticket was not booked plz refund my amount else need to proceed legally
