My account were debited for RS. 3, 413 while I'm paying kseb electricity bill through upi in kseb app yesterday and I got mail showing payment successfull and after some time an another mail showing payment gateway failure. And I checked the electricity bill its till showing unpaid and the amount debited from my indian bank account is not credited back. For more details mail me @[protected]@gmail.com . Thank you

We would like to inform you that the transaction was reported as Failed for which we have not received the credit from the bank.

In case the customer’s account is debited, as per the process the bank will auto reverse such amount back into the customer’s account.

Kindly therefore ask the customer to coordinate with his bank in case of non receipt of refund.
