Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — regarding my refund from my debited fund

I payed my msc entrance fees from your stupid payment services but it was not suceeded and my accouny got debited from my account with rs 800 you please atleast replay and get to my concern, i payed on[protected] and there i entered an otp no and the money from my account got debited and the feea was still pending i tried on your mobile useless no but you dint get any response will you please repond to my complain
