Sir/madam, We have made payment of labour cess amount 62133.00 (Sixty two thousand one hundred thirty three) to uttarakhand state govt. A/c through my corporation net banking account via payment gateway - paynimo/techprocess ref. No.[protected] but massage displayed page error - with transaction declined & also payment receipt not generated & beneficiary account yet not credited... I am a cyber cafe owner I was making payment in behalf of my customer for his online application towards the CG Vyapam the balance had been deducted and the application has been failed and the deducted amount has not been refunded its under Tech Process but the refund is not being sucessful
