[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — regd refund of failed transaction

I have done payment 3 times for single payment due to error. Amount was debited from my account but not credited in beneficiary account. Hence, please refund total amount in my account as soon as possible and i will make new transaction after your refund.

Sir,
On 11th March, I made a payment of Rs.7000 using Techprocess payment gateway. Money is deducted from my account but not credited to the account of Merchant. Please help me regarding this. I want refund for the same.
I have made payment successfully from my side . Kindly see the attachment.
