Hi sir/mam,

I was paying rs.4130 as my mba examination fees to madras university through indian bank via debit card transaction linked with paynimo gateway system on april 29th, 2018 around 10.27am.. The payment gateway page was loading for a long after giving the otp for the final e-receipt.. It was not generated but the amount has been debited from my account without mentioning transaction or reference id.. Till now it was not recredited to my account which was already 1week passed away no response.

Fyr i mentioned with my bank debited message as below.
Rs.4130.20 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 29/04/18 10:27 at madras mumbai.. Cr - indian bank - indian bank

I kindly request you to do the needful at the earliest.

    Dear sir, i have paid rs-925.49 (Incl change) throug paynimo tech process to pay interest to mouthoot finance. Amount already deducted from my paytm wallets rtransaction * is being debited with the given amount to paynimo tech process. But no confirmation is been given from techproceess and also from mouthoot app. Please sort out the problem by making the refund. Hope will look the matter and do the needful.

      Property Tax Amount Deducted: Rs.1944.00
      On[protected], I tried to pay the property tax dues using the GHMC online facility. However, after going through all the steps and an amount of Rs.1944.00 also being debited from my account, I did not get any
      property tax paid confirmation. Even today i.e.[protected], when I checked the GHMC website, it is showing the above amount is due and I lost an opportunity of availing 5% discount offered by GHMC.
      It appears that the above mentioned amount is stuck with Paynimo/TechProcess Payment Services and is not credited to GHMC Account.
      Now I am in a situation wherein my amount is debited and I did not get confirmation, also the property tax is not paid.
      I have emailed to GHMC but there is no response from them.
      Please let me know when will my amount be credited back to my account so that I can make the payment again.

      Today i.e. 01-05-2018, when I checked the GHMC Property Tax website the property tax payment status as on 01-05-2018 is "Cleared". I wish to Thank GHMC and Paynimo / TechProcess Services for clearing my payment.

        On17th april 2018 i made an online ucobank e- banking payment through techprocess payment gateway of rs 56600 for the payment of my son fee to www.himacademy.com.It was debited from my ucobank account vide refferenccccccce id s62167588. my account shows this transaction in transaction description as; IBP TECHPROC[protected]-2018 but the amount was not credited to the paye; him academy hamirpur.'" THE HOT PAYMENT SUCCESSFULL & CONFIRMATION NO. IS .13061254." was displayed on confirmatio of transaction on screen after that as i pressed the OK an error showingpage was displayed on the screen. meanwhile account got debiting message was received in my mobile after that i came to know that thepayment was neither credited to payee nor refunded back to my account.. Then i visited the bank regardin the matter & came to know that the debited amount is credited to techprocess current account salt lake kolkata ucobank branch whose account no. is [protected].But till date no refund & no credit in payee's account. kindly make payment to him academy or refund 56600 wihout much delay as the payment is fee of my son who is studying in him academy.

        I am doing the payment of lnmu part 2 exam form whose payment gone failed but amount has been deducted form my account whose transaction id is ECOM[protected] lnmuniversity TPSL.So I have done payment again but my deducted money still not be refunded.
        I used HDFC credit card for exam fees in Madras university distance education . The amount is debited from credit card Rs.1307.00..Please, let me know the status of reversal amount.As soon as possible.

          Regarding payment of electricity bill through CESC app with Transaction number:[protected], Date[protected]. the payment is successful but the payment has not been updated.

          with the above mentioned data I had paid my CESC electricity bill through CESC app from my android mobile (paynimo is in association in that app). it has shown that transaction is successful but payment details has not yet been updated. kindly solve this problem and make the payment successful.

              I was paying my best electricity bill of rs 6290 in 6/4/18. At the first instance, your payment gateway showed an error and i paid up again resulting in the amount being debuted twice from my account. The transaction details are

              Please make sure you reverse one transactioninto my account as my bank - yes bank says that both transactions have been credited to you. I would like the other transaction to be paid towards my electricity bill.

              Please treat this as urgent.

              While paying electricity uppcl bill online on 16 april 9.46pm through axis net banking a/c no.[protected] amount is debited from bank but payment not received by Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Ltd.
              I was trying to book msrtc bus ticket from pune to solapur for rs. 405 through paynimo.

              Due to some reason it was cancelled and got pop up that money will be refunded.
              But still not received after 2days .

              Rs.405 deducted from my hdfc bank account.

              I wish the refund immediately.

                I have made online payment of rs.297/- from my indian bank savings bank account no.[protected] through tech process on 15/04/2018 vide tech process ref no.[protected]/bsnl post paid/through indian bank net banking re no.[protected]. My bank account was debited for rs.297/- whereas the payment to bsnl was not made. Kindlu make payment to bsnl and rectify the transaction.

                      Today 10/04/2018 I paid for my landline bill Rs 707/- through techprocess gateway in My bsnl app but unfortunately the end party (BSNL) didn't receive the payment.

                      The amount is deducted from my Indian bank account. After entering my OTP it didn't show up anything.

                      I expect you to refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I made a net-banking transaction through canara bank (Parliament street), for payment of fees to bits pilani student welfare division for an amount inr 39711.80. While the amount has been debited from the bank, the same has not been credited as paynimo gateway resulted in time-out status.

                        The amount be either refunded to my account, or if the payment has been made, the receipt be given.

                          I, subhalaxmi sahoo would like to inform you that i have applied for cucet exam of 2018, i have paid the total of 800 rs towards the examination fee through paynimo/techprocess payment service. While at the end of transaction there was transaction error but amount got deducted from my uco account but hasn't reached to the concerned merchant.

Amount already deducted from bank and sbi also gave confirmation notes, that card no# # # 4196 is being debited with the given amount to paynimo tech process. But no confirmation is been given from tech process and also from imuthoot app. Please sort out the problem by making the refund. Hope will look the matter and do the needful.

                              They haven't called me up but muthoot finance gave confirmation that transaction is successful after 5hours of the said transaction.

                                We have payment for BSNL landline Bill thru BSNL payment portal vide BSNL Invoice no NDCP[protected] Dated 04/03/2018 on 17/03/2018. Bank account has been debited for Rs 1705 .But status on BSNL Payment Portal shows failed message.I hereby attached the screen shot for reference .Kindly help on this matter on urgent basis as the payment due date for BSNL landline bill is 26/03/2018

                                        I'm pay to muthoot gold loan by imuthoot app otp based transaction that show me failure and then punjab national bank messaged me 1000 rupees deduct from my a/c.
