[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — transaction after session has expired

I have done a transaction through your portal for applying bitsat application
On march 31 about 1:37 pm
Money has been deducted from my bank account but it has shown session expired
Then i again done the transaction at 1:41 pm
Second one was successful but the thing is money has been deducted for both transactions i want my money back for the first transaction
I've consulted the sbi bank but they told me to ask you first to return the money, if money has not transferred to your account then they said to file complain again
So i kindly request you to go through my problem as soon as possible.

When I got booking to my LPG Cylinder online on 13/04/19 & amount is debited from your account but cylinder is not booked.Till today refund is not done.Please look into the matter.
