[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — transaction failed but amount debited

I had made the transaction of rs.7049.56 on 31/12/2018 at 18:27 p. M. Towards the mcs classes of icai at delhi. After debiting the amt towards tech process, it shows the transaction to be failed and had to made another transaction. It had been more than 12 days but no refund had been granted.
Even the customer care no. Is not working.
Provide me a valid phone no. To talk and do see this. I want my money bank.

its very bad behaviour of yours to cheat the customers. i will be complaining about your cheating to the consumer court and also will never use this payment gateway service.u are a cheater ..just give my money back, its been more than 1 month now. if you didn't refund it immediately, i will lodge a complaint of you in consumer court and also payment authorities
