[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — transaction failed, but money debited from my account | |
I made an online fee payment of rs.113517.7 as semester fee of my college birla institute of technology, mesra, ranchi (Bit mesra) by pnb net banking through paynimo techprocess payment gateway on 26/12/18 around 7pm ist. After payment, i was redirected to a page of bit mesra stating "transaction failed" and amount was debited from my bank account. For this transaction, my details are, Reference id:[protected] External reference number:[protected] Please credit the above mentioned amount to my college or refund it back to my bank account. Verified Support Dec 28, 2018 Paynimo / TechProcess Payment Services Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam, TPSL ID:[protected] Bank Transaction ID: [protected] The status for the above mentioned transaction is marked as success and the payment for the same was sent to Birla on[protected] vide merchant reference no: BITOP[protected]. Kindly therefore get in touch with Birla through whom he has initiated this transaction.
