[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — transaction status pending even after amount was deducted from bank

Dear sir
I am complaining you about the same issue twice within a span of one week. I again tried to pay my bsnl bill of amount - 1115 and same thing happens the amount got deducted but recharge status is still pending.

I would like the amount deduced to be returned and also requesting you guys to resolve this glitch issue as soon as possible. As i hope i don't need or want to stop using your services in future.

Accordingly, as per the standard process, on receipt of the recon file, the said transaction was processed as refund and the refund instruction was sent to your bank on[protected]

You are therefore requested to kindly check your bank account statement to confirm the credit receipt or contact your bank in case you have not received any reversal into your account.
