I hope this message finds you well. As a seller on Etsy for the past five months, I have been using PayPal as my preferred payment method. Unfortunately, my PayPal account has recently been subjected to limitations, and I am unsure of the reason behind this action.
On June 1, 2023, I had my first transaction, after which PayPal contacted me via email requesting transaction proof, photos, and tracking numbers. I promptly provided all the necessary information they demanded. Following this, on June 17, 2023, I had my second transaction. However, PayPal once again requested confirmation of my bank details and the submission of my identity documents. In response, I submitted my bank statement and PAN card as requested.
To my surprise, upon logging into my PayPal account, I discovered that it had been permanently limited without any prior warning or explanation. I would like to emphasize that I have not engaged in any illegal activities, nor do I have any pending cases against me. If PayPal requires any additional documents or information, I am more than willing to provide them promptly.
I kindly request to reinstate my PayPal account. My livelihood now depends on this account, as I have left my job to pursue online selling on Etsy with PayPal's assistance in receiving payments.
