Paypal — Fraudulent Transaction on My Debit Card

My name is prasanjeet sinha. I live in pune, Maharashtra. I have a bank account at ICICI bank at pune maharashtra. There was a fraudulent transaction that occurred on my debit card on[protected] IST at approximately 2.42AM in the amount of 9339.29. The transaction reference number is VIN/PAYPAL GRE/[protected]/[protected].

I have reached out to ICICI and reaised a dispute request regarding this fraudulent transaction SR90950224.

It looks like the transaction happened in paypal and i didnt do this transaction. so please help me get my money back.
