Paypal — Payment not received

A case (case ID: PP-R-SVU[protected] was raised against me for a refund of 1797$ on 24 Oct 2021 by paradyme investments ([protected]@paradymeinvestments.com) for a project that they decided to terminate and PayPal kept the entire amount in its wallet until the case was resolved. After to and fro discussion and PayPal acting as a mediator to resolve the dispute closed the case on 2 Nov 2021 in my favour and gave a timeline of 60 days for the refund to be credited back into my account.
But suddenly after 60 days of waiting period, PayPal says that they won't be able to refund me the money as it has been closed in the favour of paradyme investments. Now it's been almost a year since PayPal is not responding to my complaints and have terminated my Paypal account.
