This is Hartesh Kumar. I have a paypal account.

Recently my Paypal Account Is limited permanently without any proper reason.
So I need help to know which policy did I break and by what method I can resolve this limitaion from my account!
I do freelancing works in which I create 3d models for products, gaming assets for clients.
My paypal account got permanently limited without any reason provided for it on September 18, 2022. The payment I got from my Client was on hold because paypal is asking for documents proof for service.
I followed the process as per their instructions I uploaded the mail screenshot in which I sent the 3d models files to client on his mail address and also uploaded the my national identity card proof( adhar card).
Then I recieved a mail from Paypal that they are reviewing my documents.
And after few minutes they are telling me that they are limiting my account permanently.
I was totally shocked why they did this they even did not tell the proper reason for this.
I tried many times to contact paypal customer service neither they are replying on message nor they are recieving calls.
I am from India and My client is from Romania and he is fully satisfied by my freelancing service and has no issue He is in touch with me on Discord.

I haven't received any claims in my paypal since I created it.
So Its obvious I am legit here.
If you need more proofs of transactions, to chats to all other things I am ready to provide everything.
BUT BANNING/Limiting my paypal account without any proper reason is not a good thing to do.
And the customer care service is so poor.
Please help me solve this problem. I am a legit person. And banning/limiting my account without any proper proof or reason, wont be good enough. I am ready to Go to court If needed.
Please don't treat me as a Bad person here.
Please recheck your decision. And if you need more proofs or anything such. Just let me know. I am always ready to provide proofs.
But please reconsider your decision and remove this limitation from my PayPal account.
