Paypal — Paypal India fraudulent activities

Hi, I have received payment from customer last week and requested to release on next day of receipt of payment, they have mentioned that they need confirmation mail from sender and I requested and sent as well. The payment is released from Paypal account after calling twice and the customer care executive mentioned that the payment will credit to my bank account to night automatically. Now the payment is released and I don't have any balance in my Paypal account and the payment which is released is showing sent to bank clearly. Now I called my bank they have mentioned they did not have any info. Now again I called and requested the Paypal persons to let me know the status, they are mentioning on final stage (not mentioned before at all), the are telling stories that the payment will credit after 7 days of period. They are doing some fraudulent with overseas payments. Even they are charging huge money, now i don't know were is my amount. Please take necessary action and provide the information Regards, Kiran
