Paypal — Permanent Limitation on a business Paypal account

I have a small company providing private tuition, academic assistance, software services to students round the globe .I have been doing this for past 6 months and exporting my services online outside india.
To comply with buisness guidelines in india i have registered it with a legal business under GST portal and have been filing GST as well to Indian government timely till now, i have included the same in Paypal as well but On friday 23 July 2021 i received an email from PayPal stating that my account has been permanently limited due to unauthorized suspicious acitivity and I cant do any further business with PayPal, Upon calling their customer care i didn't receive any satisfactory response as they are not ready to give me reason behind it, this has left me with no choice but write here.
