Paypal — Permanent limitation on my account

I have a company providing It outsourcing software services to customers around the globe mainly in USa.I have been doing this for past 2 years and exporting my services online outside india.
To comply with buisness guidelines in india i have registered it with a legal business under GST portal and have been filing GST as well to Indian government timely till now, i have included the same in Paypal as well but On friday 26 July 2021 i received an email from PayPal stating that my account has been permanently limited due to unauthorized suspicious acitivity and I cant do any further business with PayPal, Upon calling their customer care i didn't receive any satisfactory response as they are not ready to give me reason behind it, this has left me with no choice but write here.
