Paypal — Product I have purchased in GBP 69.39! noone responding

Dear consumer forum team,

Please note that I have paid GBP 69.39 for my products (2 boots) through PayPal on 12th Nov'21. I have been chasing on my order & tracking number, but no-one is bothered to reply.
In my first complaint Paypal gave me the date to come back for 30th Nov'21 but no response from them

NOW I KEEP SENDING THEM THE MAIL & MESSAGES, BUT NOONE SEEMS TO BE BOTHERED ABOUT CUSTOMER PAYMENT

THIS IS HARD EARN MONEY. EITHER THEY ASSURE ME ON MY ORDER THAT I RECEIVE IT OR THEY SHOULD REFUN MY FULL AMOUNT. I DON'T WANT TO TRUST ANYMORE ON PAYPAL NOW
