Paypal — Refund status

Hi,
I worked for an international party and delivered work on time for which I got $110. Then I submitted my next work for $85 and waited for payment. However, the party then asked to refund $110 because they think my work was not good. And did not pay me the next $85. Later the pay said that they will use my work some other way, but never made the payment for $85. However, PayPal continues to charge me with -$110 as refund status. I have given proofs of email from the party and yet its been two weeks and nothing has been done. That is a completely negative attitude towards us when people believe that western people are always correct and Indians are wrong. I think such people need to realize that Indians are at the top CEO positions of today's business world. My work is genuine, plagiarism free and completely relevant and yet if any issue rises than the middle party such as PayPal India should be fair with both sides and depend upon proofs rather than keeping ahead their irrational and mentally sick conventional thoughts ahead.
