Paypal — Unblock my account or refund my client

I have been unjustly blocked from PayPal after receiving payment from one of my clients for the service I rendered. I have provided proof of transaction yet my account have been blocked and my fund withheld.

I want PayPal to unblock me or refund the payment back to my client so I can receive my money through other means. There was no reason whatsoever PayPal provided for blocking my account. No communication from there end. This is injustice, I have worked so hard for my payment, why will PayPal withhold it unjustly?

I want my money back, if you cannot grant me access to my account please refund the money back to my client.

Please and please unblock my account, I cannot do this through the resolution center as access to my account have been limited, this can only be done from PayPal. Unblock my account or refund my client this is all I am asking for.
