Paypal — Unethical behaviour

I am a manufacturer of replicas. I have open a paypal account in jan 2016.
in there policy they have not mentioned anything saying that manufacturer cannont open an account.

Due to all this I have been mentally harassed from past 3 months I am running behind them from past 3 months i have received some payments and they put my account on resolution mode (limitations) i have provided all the necessary documents and everything they requested to do so. now they say me to provide the tracking information. if i will not recived the funds how can i provide the tracking information.

i am telling this since starting and now in the end i had to refund to all my clinets and had to be in huge losses.

this company seriously mentally hasrresed me.
